King Design Office is a strategic graphic design firm with over ten years of experience specializing in corporate identity, visual systems and marketing materials for new and existing brands. We also like to be clever and work collaboratively with like-minded clients.

Emily King _Partner

Armed with a unique skill set that covers the spectrum from brand strategy through realization, Emily understands the power of a strong brand. Driven by her compulsive desire to solve problems and infuse meaning into her design work, Emily believes having a strong idea is critical to her and her clients' success.

Emily studied Architecture and Architectural History at the Rhode Island School of Design and the University of California at Santa Barbara, respectively. Outside of KDO, Emily is a creative consultant/art director for advertising and branding agencies in Los Angeles.

Adam King _Partner

Adam is a graphic designer's graphic designer. He studies each moment of a composition, massages the nuances between letterforms and creates synergy between form and typography. It's his love for typography, pop culture, technology and craft that set his work apart. His obsession with practice and patience drive him to create logos and logotypes that stand up and get noticed.

Adam studied graphic design at the School of Visual Arts, New York and at the California Institute of the Arts. He teaches hand-set type and letterpress at California Institute of the Arts.
